Initial welcome very good, great support in finding the right vehicle and organising an early delivery schedule. Uncertainty over the actual delivery date made the disposal of the previous car and migration more complex

Having been offered & booked a 2 hour slot for an MOT test & oil change & organising my day accordingly, it's unacceptable to be told on arrival at BMW Ipswich that 'We can't be sure we can do this job within 2 hours'.That's a poor customer attitude.

Service was fine , dent to drivers side door not so good . really but i never noticed until next day i should have checked car over

Was satisfied with the service though was a long wait (6 hrs for an oil service). For furure services will contact dealership directly and request a courtesy car or a more prompt turn around.
