I cannot fault BMW Ipswich. Nothing was too much trouble for James and Alex who made the transaction very smooth. There was no pushiness. This is now the second car we as a family have purchased from this garage and we will be back again

My service agent was let down by the workshop who failed to clean the car: three people had separately asked me if I would like the car cleaned, and I had said yes. However, the service agent rose to solve the problem, and cleaned it himself!!

Outstanding service provided, staff were very polite and friendly. I picked my car up after a recall and found they had cleaned it inside and out. I had been given a bag of lovely goodies, screen wash, umbrella, keyring, etc lovely surprise!

Robin the service rep was very polite and helpful. There was one fly in the ointment that made me think there would be conflict over the service price. I had been quoted X from main booking centre and then £80 more upon arrival.
