Initial welcome very good, great support in finding the right vehicle and organising an early delivery schedule. Uncertainty over the actual delivery date made the disposal of the previous car and migration more complex

Everything was completed as promised and staff were excellent - dropped the car off at 9am when I returned in later afternoon the receptionist remembered my name! These days that's impressive. The service liaison Emily Freeman was also excellent.

Overall very good, for cars 9 years or more, costs for work should reflect the age of car. Options of splitting costs when booking work or service on the website would be a good option.

Happy with everything one thing which really lets you down this the state of the loan car, absolutely filthy inside. You are a premium brand, a bit of a let down.

Having been offered & booked a 2 hour slot for an MOT test & oil change & organising my day accordingly, it's unacceptable to be told on arrival at BMW Ipswich that 'We can't be sure we can do this job within 2 hours'.That's a poor customer attitude.

Was satisfied with the service though was a long wait (6 hrs for an oil service). For furure services will contact dealership directly and request a courtesy car or a more prompt turn around.

There was a jacking point missing according to the video , part not in stock , so what next ? Well , I order it and fit it later myself. At least seem to have a plan of what someone less capable can resolve minor problems. As on previous visits.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. But sat nav issue not fixed yet. Taking car back next week and leaving it there for replacement part. Also car refused to start and needed Home Start and new battery. Had asked for this to be checked

I was told the light switch unit was the cause of my flashing lights. Some research confirms this is a known issue on pre2019 models - I am STILL waiting for BMW to confirm if they will replace the faulty part as a gesture of goodwill out of warranty

Sign in robot very annoying and I hate signature on screen. No news of progress or that car held overnight, collection took a long time. However the service and people excellent and the car was cleaned beautifully as usual.

I had work done on my car I didn't request. The work I had requested wasn't completed.I was told prior to collecting my car, it was ready. I have to book my car back in to complete the job. I've still not received the video detailing the work done.

Poor show again..my coolant low light came on a week before my service. You would think that a coolant check would be part of the service. Picked the car up after my service and the coolant low alarm came straight on..

Timely and polite. Good information at all stages. It was a recall. I have 2 BMWs but find your prices excessive. I do understand why, but I can't justify the extra costs on servicing etc. I am sure a lot of bm customers like the coffee,me, drop,go.

The main drawback was a very long wait to get my car back on the day, probably 3.5 hours+ for a wait for inspection. Even then the service team could not explain why a warning light did not clear once the MOT was completed.

It is not the obvious on arrival where the BMW entry door is, nor is it obvious who to speak to regarding a car service. The self service module did not inform your staff I had booked in which led to a 2 hour delay.
